Terms and Conditions for Samarth Travels:

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking our services. By engaging with Samarth Travels, you agree to be bound by the following terms:.

Booking and Payment:

• To confirm your booking, 50% of the total amount and a security deposit must be paid at least 2 days in advance before the trip.
• Payments can be made through approved payment methods provided by Samarth Travels.
• Any outstanding balance must be settled before the commencement of the journey.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• In case of sudden booking cancellation, 50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Refunds for canceled bookings will be processed according to the cancellation policy and may take up to 10 business days.
• Samarth Travels reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

Passenger Information:

A list of passengers' names and travel destinations must be submitted to the Samarth Travels office at least four days before departure.

The accuracy and completeness of passenger information are the responsibility of the booking party.

Travel Distance and Routes:

For most trips, an average daily distance of 300 km is allowed. Different rates apply for the Mumbai-Mahabaleshwar route, with the Mumbai package permitting 350 km daily.

Travel routes will be determined by Samarth Travels based on itinerary and operational feasibility.

Bus Service Hours:

The bus service operates from 6:00 AM to 12:00 midnight, providing travel within this time window.

Additional Charges:

If the bus usage extends beyond 12:00 midnight, an additional charge of Rs. 400/- will apply for each subsequent hour until 2:00 AM. After 2:00 AM, the entire 300 km rate will be charged for the next day.

When using air-conditioned buses, an extra charge of Rs. 500/- per hour will apply.

State Taxes and Permits:

Taxes of other states (outside Maharashtra) are to be paid by the party as applicable in the respective states.

The cost of any special permit required for the journey will be borne by the booking party.

Rates and Taxes:

The rates provided are based on the current diesel prices (Rs. 100.00 per liter) and may be subject to change due to fluctuations in R.T.O. taxes.

Toll Collection:

Bus tolls will be deducted through FASHTAG, and the booking party is responsible for paying the entire toll amount during the payment process.

Cleanliness and Conduct:

Samarth Travels is committed to providing clean and well-maintained vehicles and drivers who do not consume alcohol during duty.

Passengers are expected to maintain respectful behavior and adhere to local laws and regulations during the journey.

Privacy Policy:

The collection and use of personal information are governed by the Samarth Travels Privacy Policy. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

Samarth Travels reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
